We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide essential care and support services, including personal care, reporting changes in client condition, and performing simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.
Job Duties:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to maintain their independence
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document client condition
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participate in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
