We are seeking a skilled Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in their home setting.
**Key Job Responsibilities:**
- Provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients to take medication, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways
- Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
