**Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver**
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our interdisciplinary team as Home Health Aides, providing hands-on personal care and support to clients in their homes. As an HHA, you will report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as delegated by nurses or therapists, and assist with activities of daily living.

**Job Duties for Home Health Aides:**
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Provide medication reminders and document client conditions.
- Ensure a safe home environment with clear pathways.
- Engage clients in activities that bring joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
**Requirements for Home Health Aides:**
- 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- Two positive references.
