Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver
The Home Health Aide/Caregiver is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, providing hands-on personal care to clients in their home setting. This includes reporting changes in the client's condition, performing simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assisting with daily living activities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Personal Care: Provide seniors with the support they need to live safely at home, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Daily Living Activities: Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Medication Reminders: Help clients remember to take their medication and document their condition.
- Safety and Environment: Ensure a safe home environment with clear pathways.
- Companionship: Engage in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Six months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- References: Two positive references are required.
