* Provide excellent customer service to clients and associates
* Perform administrative tasks such as word processing, photocopying, and filing
* Email and mail schedules to clients and staff
* Provide support to the recruiting department as needed
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling or related field
* Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
