Job Title: In-Home Support Professional
Reports To: Regional Director
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Support Professional to provide personalized care and support to our clients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document client condition
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience
- 2 positive references
