We're seeking a compassionate and caring Caregiver/Support Professional to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have 6 months prior experience in adult caregiving or completion of a CNA course/certificate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises, as well as provide medication reminders and document client condition.
- Ensure a safe home environment by removing obstacles and hazards, and participate in activities that bring joy to our clients.
