As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with our team, you will play a vital role in providing hands-on personal care, reporting changes in clients' conditions, and performing simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.
We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers who can provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting, as evaluated/delegated and permitted by our policies and procedures.

Job Duties:
- Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
- Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
- Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
Salary : $15 - $17
