Salary Information: Our Home Health Aides are competitively compensated with pay rates ranging from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, ensuring that they receive fair compensation for their hard work and dedication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises, promoting overall physical well-being.
- Remind clients about medication, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Evaluate and ensure a safe home environment, free from obstructions and hazards.
- Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies, fostering emotional well-being.

Requirements:
- 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
