Compensation and Benefits

Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to seniors in their homes, enabling them to live safely and comfortably.
- Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises, promoting physical comfort and well-being.
- Offer medication reminders, document client conditions, and notify supervisors of any concerns or changes.
- Maintain a safe home environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways and addressing any hazards.
- Engage clients in enjoyable activities, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies, fostering social connections and emotional well-being.
