Job Overview
Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care and report changes in client condition to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will have 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or have completed a CNA course/certificate. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
- Transport clients to appointments and outings
- Document client information and notify supervisors of any concerns
