Job Responsibilities:
As a Home Health Aide with Interim HealthCare, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing hands-on personal care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Helping clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Reminding clients to take medication and documenting their condition.
- Maintaining a safe home environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways and preventing falls.
