Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide (HHA). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, as needed
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping
- Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands
- Offer companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
Requirements
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
