Our Home Health Companion program is designed to promote independence and dignity among our clients. You will work closely with them to identify their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to ensure their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Help clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Accompany clients on outings and errands
Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
