Job Summary: This position is a rotating 24 hour coverage at a local hospital in Santa Rosa, we have shifts available for day and night. We are also looking for back up personnel or as needed.

As a PSA, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Supervise a patient in the hospital setting.
- Report any concerns directly to hospital staff.
- Provide a supportive presence, without hands-on care.
- Ensure no phone use during your 8 to 12 hour shift.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow hospital protocols
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
