What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN | Nurse | Self-Scheduling! position at Interim HealthCare - Sioux Falls, SD?
From Yankton to Irene, Wakonda and Beresford, from Marion to Sioux Falls, & from Brandon to Brookings, we are Interim Healthcare!
Job Duties May Include:

PRN, Self-scheduling and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings
-
Nursing care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease
-
Aide with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
-
Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
-
Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed
-
Work with a team of nurse aides and/or medication aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed
-
Observe patient and notify facility supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
-
Other nursing responsibilities, as needed

Remote Onboarding, virtual orientation

Day Shifts, Evening Shifts, Overnight Shifts

8 Hour, 10 Hour, 12 Hour LPN opportunities

24/7 Contact with our Sioux Falls on-call team

Experience:
-
Active LPN License within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility

Maintains required certification(s)
