Responsibilities
- Case Management: Conduct thorough health assessments, manage medication regimens, and monitor residents' health status.
- Supervision: Supervise CNAs/PCAs on your shift to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Health Education: Provide educational sessions to residents and their families on various health topics, including disease management, preventative care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
We are looking for an RN with experience in geriatric nursing, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to working with seniors.
