Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum 1 year of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Effective communication in English, both verbally and written
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $26-$32 per hour
- Full-time staff: $1,500 sign-on bonus
- Next day pay available for all Associates
