Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to supervisors
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing homes or assisted living
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing
- Able to complete charting in electronic medical records systems
