About the Role
We are seeking a Certified Trained Medication Aide to support residents at assisted living and memory care facilities in Pine City and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents as per their care plans
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their dignity and well-being
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and charting in electronic medical records systems
Requirements
- Certificate from a Trained Medication Aide course of at least 48 hours
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- 6 months of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Ability to communicate in English in both verbal and written form
