Clinic Front Desk/Customer Service $28-$30/hour
Pay: $28-$30 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Clinical/Dayshift Hours (typically between 7am-7pm depending on the assignment)
Location: St. Louis Park, MN and St. Paul, MN.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone promptly
- Patient registration and scheduling
- Accepting insurance co-pays
- Assisting with appointments, and referrals to specialty clinics
- Insurance and demographic information updates
- Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous Front desk and EPIC experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Good Tone of voice
- Ability to articulate communication
- Must have great attendance/timeliness
