About the Role
This is a full-time/part-time opportunity for an LPN to work in one of our many specialty areas. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our experienced healthcare team, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
- Conduct vital signs and other physical measurements as required
- Review patient charts and prepare exam rooms for procedures
- Facilitate communication within the clinic/location and maintain accurate records
- Administer vaccinations and manage in-basket tasks
Requirements
- Current LPN license in MN
- 6 months of recent relevant work experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting (Family Practice/Pediatrics)
- Phlebotomy/Lab experience preferred but not required
- Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling
- Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions
