Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing patient care in a clinic setting. Your duties will include rooming patients, taking vital signs, reviewing charts, preparing exam rooms, and facilitating communication within the clinic. You will also administer vaccinations and manage in-basket tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current LPN License
- 6 months of recent relevant work experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting
- Phlebotomy/Lab experience preferred but not required
- BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions
