Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess a current LPN license in Minnesota and 6 months of recent relevant work experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting, preferably in Family Practice or Pediatrics. Additionally, you should have phlebotomy/laboratory experience, which is preferred but not required. Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross is also mandatory.
