Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Opportunity in Rush City
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents at assisted living and memory care facilities in Rush City and the surrounding area.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care, promoting dignity, respect, and comfort for our residents.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs, report changes, and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Nursing Home or Assisted Living settings.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Able to complete charting in electronic medical records systems.
