\We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a per diem caregiver in the Albert Lea area. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric nursing and a passion for providing high-quality care to elderly individuals.
\Key Responsibilities
\The successful candidate will be responsible for:
\- Providing high-quality nursing care to seniors in assisted living and memory care facilities \
- Conducting comprehensive health assessments and developing individualized care plans \
- Managing medications and monitoring overall health status \
- Supervising CNAs and PCAs \
- Providing education to residents and their families on disease management and preventative care
Requirements
\To be considered for this role, you will need:
\- A RN degree from an accredited school of nursing \
- A current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota \
- Previous experience in geriatric nursing \
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with seniors
