We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Interim HealthCare Staffing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to residents in assisted living and memory care facilities.
About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits. You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide personal care services such as toileting and transferring
- Prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding
- Engage residents in activities that promote socialization and cognitive function
Requirements:
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing home or assisted living settings
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
