Competitive hourly rate: $25-$32 (depending on shift differential)
Weekly Pay
$1,500 Sign on Bonus for full-time staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to seniors in assisted living and memory care facilities
- Support residents with daily activities, medication management, and personal care needs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and active status on the MN CNA Registry
- At least one year of experience in nursing home or assisted living settings
- Pass a criminal background check
- Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in electronic medical records systems
