Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures on designated portions of the body.
- Prepare patients for MRI examinations, explaining the procedure and positioning patient's body parts appropriately.
- Accurately maintain patient records within Radiology Information System (RIS).
Qualifications
- ARRT certification, current and in good standing.
- Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Experience and comfort utilizing MRI equipment/techniques, experience with Siemens or Hitachi scanners preferred.
- MRI certification is preferred.
