Employee Health Services RN Case Manager
Schedule: Full Time Mon-Fri between 7am and 6pm
Pay: $60-$70 per hour (depending on experience).

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Employee Health Services Case Manager. This position is responsible for assessing needs, coordinating services, providing support and guidance to all colleagues across the organization in addressing colleague health and safety needs. This includes proactive programs support, incidental issue intake, and management to resolution by way of various routes such as phone intake and outbound calls, voicemail, email, online chat, etc. This role will balance various stakeholder needs to each unique situation (e.g., colleague, colleague’s leader, organization, OSHA, MDH, Joint Commission etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting colleague exposure investigations
- Provides nursing expertise for worker’s compensation program
- Provides nursing expertise for ergonomic program
- Provides nursing expertise for the respiratory protection program
- Provides nursing expertise for medical surveillance programs
- Provides nursing expertise for the colleague vaccine program
- Provides nursing expertise for colleague leaves of absence
- Provides nursing expertise in new hire screenings
Required Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota
- Current Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin within 2 months of hire
- BSN or 3 years RN experience
- Demonstrated effective, independent nursing judgment and skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated skill and experience in effectively collaborating with care team members, using a high level of expertise in written, oral and interpersonal communication.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of quality improvement.
- Demonstrated flexibility, organization, and appropriate decision-making under challenging situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a case manager or similar role in Employee Health, Occupational Medicine, or related area.
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN).
