\Job Description
\This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to seniors in assisted living and memory care facilities. As a Registered Nurse with Interim HealthCare, you will be responsible for:
\- Conducting comprehensive health assessments and developing individualized care plans \
- Managing medications and monitoring overall health status \
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) \
- Providing education to residents and their families on disease management, preventative care, and healthy lifestyle choices \
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care \
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements
\To be successful in this role, you will need:
\- A RN degree from an accredited school of nursing \
- A current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota \
- Previous experience in geriatric nursing \
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to working with seniors
