About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Navigator to join our team. As a key member of our clinic support team, you will be responsible for navigating patients through the healthcare system, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals, and facilitating timely and accurate patient care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities

- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited MA program
- 6 months of recent relevant work experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting (Family Practice/Pediatrics Experience)
- Phlebotomy/Lab experience preferred but not required
- BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling
- Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions
