We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26-$32, depending on experience and shift differential. Additionally, we provide weekly pay and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. All shifts are available, with a priority on weekends and short-notice shifts.

To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a current CNA certificate and be registered on the MN CNA Registry
- Have a minimum of one year's experience in nursing home or assisted living settings
- Pass a criminal background check
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Able to complete charting in electronic medical records systems
