Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Document resident care and progress in electronic medical records systems
We require a minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing home or assisted living settings, a CNA certificate, and current status on the MN CNA Registry. Ability to pass criminal background checks and communicate effectively in English is also essential.
