We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Geriatric Nursing Specialist, you will support our assisted living/memory care communities in the Mankato area, ensuring the health and well-being of our senior residents.
Responsibilities will include case management, supervising CNA's/PCA's, providing health education, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. You will also respond to medical emergencies and maintain accurate medical records.
