Job Responsibilities
As a CNA with our company, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care and support to our residents. This may include:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing medication management and administration
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Assisting with transfers and mobility
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- A valid CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing home or assisted living experience
- The ability to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- The ability to complete charting in electronic medical records systems
