Job Description
As an LPN with Interim HealthCare Staffing, you will be responsible for rooming patients, taking vital signs, reviewing charts, and preparing exam rooms for procedures. You will also facilitate timely and accurate communication within the clinic/location and ensure that clinic supplies are adequately stocked and well-organized.
In addition, you may be responsible for administering vaccinations and managing in-basket tasks. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the appropriate use of English grammar and spelling. You should also be able to function with multiple priorities and interruptions.
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure.
- 6 months of recent relevant work experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting.
- Phlebotomy/laboratory experience preferred but not required.
- Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions.
