LPN Clinic Support Team

Schedule/Shifts: Dayshift clinical hours available M-F, Full-Time and Part-Time assignments available, Casual/Per Diem shifts available as well
Location: Shifts/Assignments available primarily in St. Louis Park/St. Paul, MN, but offered at various locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro area
Pay rate: Up to $47 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Room patients in a clinic setting
- Take vital signs and other pertinent physical measurements
- Review patient charts for pertinent information
- Prepare exam rooms for patient set up and procedures
- Prepare patient charts for appointments
- Facilitate timely and accurate communication within the clinic/location
- Cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards
- Maintain clinic supplies and ensure they are adequately stocked and well organized
- Administer vaccinations and manage in-basket tasks
Requirements:
- Current LPN License
- 6 months of recent relevant work experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting (Family Practice/Pediatrics clinical experience)
- Phlebotomy/Lab experience preferred but not required
- Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling
- Able to function with multiple priorities and interruptions
