LPN – Clinic Support Team

Schedule/Shifts: Full-time, part-time, and casual/per diem assignments available Monday to Friday during dayshift clinical hours. Assignments primarily take place in St. Louis Park/St. Paul, MN, and other locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.
Compensation: Earn up to $47 per hour based on experience. Pay rates may vary depending on the opportunity.

- Primary care or pediatrics experience is essential.
- Willingness to work in these departments is required.

Your Responsibilities:
- Room patients in a clinic setting
- Take vital signs and record pertinent physical measurements
- Review patient charts for relevant information
- Prepare exam rooms for patient setup and procedures
- Prepare charts for patient appointments
- Facilitate timely communication within the clinic/location
- Clean and sterilize equipment to maintain infection control and OSHA standards
- Ensure clinic supplies are adequately stocked and organized
- Administer vaccinations and manage in-basket tasks
Necessary Qualifications:
- Hold a current LPN license in Minnesota
- Have at least six months of recent direct patient care experience in a clinical setting (Family Practice/Pediatrics)
- Possess current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper English grammar and spelling
- Show ability to prioritize tasks and handle interruptions effectively
