LPN - Clinic Support Team

Schedule/Shifts: Dayshift clinical hours available Monday to Friday, full-time and part-time assignments available, as well as casual/per diem shifts.

Location: Shifts/assignments available primarily in St. Louis Park/St. Paul, MN, but also offered in various locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.

Pay rate: Up to $47 per hour, depending on experience. Pay rates may vary based on opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Room patients in a clinic setting.
• Take vital signs and other pertinent physical measurements.
• Review patient charts for pertinent information.
• Prepare exam rooms for patient setup and procedures.
• Prepare charts for patient appointments.
• Facilitate timely and accurate communication within the clinic/location.
• Clean and sterilize procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.
• Maintain adequate stock and organization of clinic supplies.
• Administer vaccinations and manage in-basket tasks.

Requirements:

• A current LPN license is required.
• 6 months of recent relevant work experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting (Family Practice/Pediatrics) is preferred.
• Phlebotomy/Lab experience is preferred but not required.
• A current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross is required and must be maintained.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling.
• The ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions is essential.
