We have available dayshift clinical hours from Monday to Friday, as well as full-time and part-time assignments. Casual or per diem shifts are also available, allowing for flexibility in your schedule.
Our locations primarily include St. Louis Park and St. Paul, MN, but we offer positions throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.
Compensation: We offer competitive hourly rates, up to $38, depending on your experience. Pay rates may vary based on the opportunity.
Job Description:
- Assist in rooming patients in a clinic setting.
- Take vital signs and other essential physical measurements.
- Review patient charts for relevant information.
- Prepare exam rooms for procedures and patient set-up.
- Organize and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure effective communication within the clinic or location.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization standards to prevent infections and adhere to OSHA regulations.
- Restock and organize clinic supplies efficiently.
- Administer vaccinations and manage tasks related to patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- At least 6 months of recent experience in direct patient care within a clinical setting (preferably Family Practice or Pediatrics).
- Phlebotomy or laboratory experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proper English grammar and spelling usage.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
