At Interim HealthCare Staffing, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to join our Community Staffing team as a Nurse Care Specialist. In this role, you will support assisted living/memory care communities in the Albert Lea area with per diem shifts, primarily day shift hours from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments for residents, ensuring their well-being and health needs are met.
- SUPervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)/Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) on your shift to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide education to residents and their families on various healthcare topics, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health.
- Coordinate communication with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to provide holistic care for residents.
We require an RN degree from an accredited school of nursing and a valid Minnesota license. Experience in geriatric nursing is essential, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
