Job Summary: We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents at assisted living and memory care facilities in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. As a CNA, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents in assisted living and memory care facilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum of 1 year of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Ability to communicate in English in verbal and written form
- Able to complete charting in electronic medical records systems
