Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and support in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to supervisory personnel
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Requirements
- CNA certification and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent communication skills
