Job Summary:
We are seeking CNAs with a minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing homes or assisted living settings to support residents in the Pine City, Minnesota area. As a CNA with Interim HealthCare Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading provider of home care, hospice, and healthcare staffing.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents in assisted living and memory care facilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to supervising staff
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing homes or assisted living settings
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
