Nursing Assistant Role
Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care to seniors in assisted living and memory care facilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
Compensation
$25-$32 per hour depending on experience and shift differential
$1,500 Sign on Bonus for full-time staff
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily activities
- Monitor resident vital signs, such as temperature and blood pressure
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises and mobility aids
- Document resident care and progress in electronic medical records
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CNA certification and status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum one year of nursing home or assisted living experience preferred
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Effective communication skills in verbal and written form
