Nursing Home Assistant
Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Home Assistant to support residents at assisted living and memory care facilities in the Twin Cities metro area.
About the Role:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks according to dietary needs
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
Requirements:
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum of 1 year of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Ability to communicate in English in verbal and written form

- Competitive salary range: $25-$32 per hour
- Sign-on bonus for full-time staff: $1,500
- All shifts available, including weekends and short-notice shifts
