Join our team of healthcare professionals as an Assisted Living Assistant! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide top-notch care and support to residents at our assisted living and memory care facilities in Rush City and the surrounding area.
As an Assisted Living Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Encouraging social interaction and engagement among residents
- Monitoring residents' health and well-being
Requirements:
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum of 1 year of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience
- Ability to communicate in English in verbal and written form
- Able to complete charting in electronic medical records systems
We offer a salary range of $26-$32 per hour depending on experience and shift differential, as well as benefits for full-time staff including medical, dental, vision, PTO accrual based on hours worked, and next-day pay available for all associates.
