We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Interim HealthCare Staffing. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to seniors and individuals with complex needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing medication reminders and assisting with medication management
- Supporting patients with mobility and transferring them safely
Requirements for this role include:
- A current CNA certification and status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing home or assisted living settings
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and complete charting in electronic medical records systems
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26-$32 per hour, depending on experience and shift differential. Full-time staff are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
