Your Responsibilities:
- Provide Personal Care and Support for Seniors Living at Home
- Assist with Daily Activities Such as Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Shopping, Transportation, and Companionship
- Help with Ambulation, Transferring, and Range of Motion Exercises
- Remind Clients of Medication, Document Their Condition, and Notify Supervisors of Any Concerns
- Ensure a Safe Home Environment with Clear Pathways
- Participate in Activities That Bring Joy to Our Clients, Such as Puzzles, Games, Reading, and Hobbies
